For those who follow this blog, you might have noticed that last month I gave an interview to Adrienne at TheMultilingualHome.com. However, this was only the first part of Adrienne’s collaboration request, as she also requested I write a guest post on the topic of language learning as a non-native parent.
This guest post, entitled “What does it take to raise bilingual when you are non-native parent?”, has now gone live and can be read here. It says, in a nutshell, what it takes non-native parents when it comes to their personal language learning on their family’s bilingual journey.
Thank you (again!) Adrienne, for this guest post experience. And as always, I hope this post can help bilingual parents or aspiring bilingual parents on this rough journey.
Great support network, thanks! And excellent ideas. -Rebecca
